The Name Game: Judy-Bo-Budy | Chapter 5: I Like to Boogie!

Hello there! Welcome back to my name game where I am slowwwwly losing my mind with all of these children and toddlers!

Previously: Judy and Bella got together and Bella gave birth to Jack, Uziel, Darcy, and Yaz. Jack and Uziel became children in the previous chapter!

Cassandra makes another visit to the Anderson household. Bella’s always happy to see her.

Uziel: “Xander!”

Uziel and Alexander are very happy to finally meet one another.

Whatcha makin’ kiddo?

Jack: “Some Winterfest decorations. I think Mama would like them.”

I’m sure she will.

Uziel: “Sucker.”

Cassandra: “So you just spend most of your time up here drawing?”

Jack: “Yeah, kinda.”

Cassandra: “Cool. I kinda wish I had a shared room when I was younger. I also wished for a sister so…”

Jack: “Well, Yaz will be a child soon so…”

Cassandra: “Cool.”

Jack: “Yeah.”

Uziel challenged Alexander to a Voidcritter battle! Jack, the reigning champion between him and Uziel, watches on.

Alexander: “WHAT THE!?”

When the Goth kids left, I decided to throw another dinner party so I could complete the third part of Judy’s aspiration.

And then everyone started shivering.

And I realised why they were always wearing the outerwear in the house. It’s freezing.

As you can see in the background, I got them a thermostat so that they’ll stop wearing their winter wear in the house.

Uziel also takes on some dancing after his meal.

I think this picture sums up the family perfectly. Everyone else is dancing and Jack is doing extra credit. I feel like Jack and Uziel should swap aspirations…

Aw! That’s so cute!

Here we go!

One of Jack’s aspiration requirements needed a violin so I bought him the cheapest one to play.

I think he’s rather enjoying it.

I just wanted to point out the username. not_BellaGoth indeed.

I’ve never maxed all of the toddler skills before! That’s so cool.

Uziel decides to spend the evening before bedtime training his Voidcritter.

I kind of feeling like playing Pokemon now…

It’s Uziel’s first day of school!

And I let Bella age up. I really don’t like how pregnant sims don’t age in this game so I made a note that Bella was 2 days younger than Judy and just grew her up two days later.

Jeez.

Remind me not to be like that kind of teacher.

Aw, Jack is super cool!

Of course, today isn’t just Bella’s birthday. It's time for little Darcy to enter the world of school, sibling rivalries, and voidcritters!

Darcy loves the outdoors, just like Judy!

I also gave him the one aspiration I hate the most because I don’t enjoy socialising in this game that much. Leaving the lot is a lot of work sometimes.

Yeah, I’d be angry too Uziel, you’re not alone.

Yaz likes to boogie! Isn’t she so cute?

Darcy’s the only one who uses the desk for his purpose! I love this kid!

And so Uziel, still roasting from being sent into the hall at school today, storms into the house. He brought Alexander home with him too. Maybe I’ll let them play some Voidcritters.

Unfortunately for Uziel and Jack, they both have some projects to complete for extra credit so I had them do those first before playing some Voidcritters.

Look how pretty this part of the world looks in the snow! *gasp* I’m enchanted!

Darcy has his first day at school!

And both Jack and Uziel get higher grades!

The next day was Winterfest so I had the family, minus Jack because he was glitching out without me realising it…, decorate the tree.

My family like to use blue and white decorations at Christmas so this seemed fitting.

Judy: “I think this tree is the prettiest tree in the whole neighbourhood.”

Bella: “Darling, we are the only house in the neighbourhood.”

Judy: “Exactly, Bel, exactly.”

The tree actually looks a lot like my family’s Christmas tree. It’s kinda spooky…

Judy: “And the finishing touch – the presents!"

Bella started to feel under the weather again so I got her some medicine.

And now I’m curious – at what point do the sims get sick enough to need to go the hospital, or do they not ever go to the hospital for sicknesses but only when giving birth?

OH!

Judy decided to be that kind of person and proposed to Bella on Winterfest. At least it worked, unlike in Happiest Season…

I know it’s pretty late into their relationship but because they have the kids, I wanted the kids to be present at the wedding.

Some even more good news, Yaz is turning into a child soon! Yay! No more toddlers until the next generation!

Jack’s the top student at Landgraab Elementary. I’ve also never achieved this in my many attempts at playing the game so this is a pretty big deal to me.

You okay, Jude?

Judy: “I’m just enjoying the music.”

Oh God, Judy’s a sim who enjoys listening to Christmas music.

Judy: “Don’t act like you haven’t had Elton John’s Step Into Christmas on repeat since November.”

Uziel and Darcy made a snowpal together!

Judy: “This is the last time I’ll have to do this for someone other than myself.”

Judy looks so happy to no longer have to deal with babies and toddlers.

I felt like because I had 4 children, it was better to give them all the different aspirations. So far, the only ones I’m finding any ease with completing are the mental and creative ones but…

Let’s see how this one goes!

Yaz is also a major goofball so she’s gonna be fun to watch.

Yaz: “SNOW!?”

I dunno about you but I think Bella and Judy are very pleased with how well they’ve done together as parents.

Judy keeps getting tense because she loves outdoors but she’s been cooped up in the house because of the babies. However, now that Yaz is a child, she can go out and skate.

Oop.

Uziel and Darcy are wonder kids!

Uziel: “Homework only gets harder as you get older.”

Yaz: “And you know that how?”

Bella: “Six kids do things to a body.”

I’m not judging but surely there’s something yummier than peas to eat in the fridge?

Yaz: “I thought our mommies were already married? Does this mean we’re really basseted?”

Jack: “Basseted!? What does that mean?”

Yaz: “I dunno… I heard some of the parents call us that at school…”

Darcy: “I think you cheated.”

Uziel: “No, my Bubalus is just superior.”

Darcy: “NO! My Meduso!”

Uziel: “Hehehe, what did I tell you?”

Folks, I’m forking out $1,000 every bill to keep you sims warm and you do this…

I can see why people enjoy playing this game so much, the scenic view is INCREDIBLE! I can’t stop staring at the houses in the background.

Look at all four of these kids sleeping soundly!

Darcy: “Rematch on our voidcritters after our mommies wedding?”

Uziel: “You’re on, but I will win again.”

Darcy: “We’ll see about that.”

Uziel and Darcy are really close. I would’ve thought Uziel and Jack would be closer but apparently, Uziel chose Darcy instead.

Ooooh, first teenager!

CAN YOU STOP GETTING SICK PLEASE!?

Judy’s regressing to her non-existent childhood. I don’t want to shame her, but I think she’s addicted to the dollhouse.

Yaz: “Wouldn’t it be funny if I cut this doll’s hair off hahahaha!”

Uziel: “Yay Darcy!”

Darcy: “Aw, thanks Uze. I’m only doing my homework though.”

Judy: “No, I can stop playing with dolls anytime I want, Bel.”

STOP WHAT THE HELL!?

Wait. Formal wear? What could this possibly mean?

Judy: “You jealous, Gray?”

Moderately.

Bella: “Look only at me, my darling.”

I decided to let Bella take Judy’s last name so now she’s Bella Anderson instead of Bella Goth!

MORTIMER!? What is everyone doing here? This is a private affair folks!

Aww! Bella’s very deeply in love with Judy.

To complete his aspiration, Uziel needs to make some emotion potions. He looks so cute in his little shirt and bowtie!

Jack: “It’s better when Mom does it.”

Well, she’s at work.

Jack’s Aspiration is Big Happy Family and he rolled the creative trait!

I can’t tell if he’s the male version of Judy or if there’s more Bella in there.

Bella just looked really good here, sorry.

Yaz! You’ll mess up your dress!

Bella: “Young lady, I will not allow you ruin my floor or your beautiful dress! Go sit down and think about what you’ve done!”

Yaz: “Ugh, bitch.”

Bella: “WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!”

Yaz: “I have an itch.”

Bella: “Go sit down.”

Bella: “And that’s how you implement control, darling.”

Totally not necessary but I noticed that Summer Holiday was doing some fun tricks at the skating rink so I had to take a picture. I’m tempted to marry her in at some point because I think she’s rather beautiful, but we’ll see.

Judy: “Is the food tasty, Bel?”

Bella: “Very much so, darling.”

Yaz: “All the orange juice in the world won’t make you the favourite, Darcy.”

Darcy: “No, but it’ll make me smarter than you.”

Judy: “Why am I fixing this?”

Because we don’t have the money to keep replacing broken objects, Judy. So, time for you to learn the handiness skill – you’ll thank me later, boo.

Both Yaz and Jack start school for the first time today!

Why are these kids so mopey!?

Judy: *huff* “Why am I doing this?!”

I don’t know, I just realised that because you’re into cuisine you’re eating a lot more than some sims should. I don’t want you skinny, love. You’re a curvy queen.

Judy: “Okay, let’s do this!”

Judy: “Okay, is that enough?”

You do realise you have to keep coming here to make any difference.

Judy: “Frammit.”

Judy: “Wait, what’s that smell?”

Judy: “HURK!”

Ooh, girl.

Judy: “That’s sour. I need to get home and shower.”

Yaz: “Darcy, what’s the answer for number- oh.”

Darcy: “I’m awake!”

Yaz: “Good. Whilst you were gone, aliens came and replaced our moms.”

Darcy: “Whatever, Yaz. What did you get for number 15?”

Yaz: “I was asking you the same question!”

Judy: “Nothing says reward for a good workout like a leftover ham dinner.”

Judy: “Tasty!”

Oop, we’ll be having another teenager in the house soon!

I’ll be having to choose an heir before too long!

Bella: "Forget your troubles, c'mon get happy~!"

Looks like I'm not the only one excited!
